The year 2024 has been a very eventful year for us. Looking back, we have steadily empowered ourselves in various ways before we take off to new heights in 2025. At the start of the year, we were in the thick of implementing the BPCL project. This project has educated and empowered us in many ways. One major lesson learned is that while designing a system, we have to take into account that our assumptions about user involvement and recommended Operating procedures for use of the system may not always be correct. Again, a customer’s field of operations may not be quite as good in terms of infrastructure, as claimed, in the beginning of the project. Hence our design and deployment should take into account as far as possible these factors.....
