Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide online support for device maintenance and replacements at various operational locations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and guiding operations teams on technical issues.
• Deliver product and solution-based training to operations team members.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of electronics engineering concepts (BE or Diploma in Electronics/EEE/Mechatronics only).
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Additional language skills (Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) are an advantage.
• Experience in team collaboration is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and train others on product functionalities and solutions.

QUALIFICATION: 1 to 2 years Experience, GRADUATION
